What is the Program?

The Driver Brand Ambassador (DBA) Program is our new and improved customer referral program!

ClusterTruck is revamping our formerly known ‘driver referral program’ as the new Driver Brand Ambassador (DBA) program! This is meant to help you earn extra cash whether you are actively delivering or not by bringing in new customers to ClusterTruck.

It works like this: Every courier has a referral promo code assigned to them, which you can find in your courier app by selecting Profile > Referral Code

This referral code allows first-time customers to get 25% off their first ClusterTruck order, and each time someone uses your code you receive a cash bonus! (referral bonus amounts vary based on your market).

Referral Structure

Discount to the customer is 25% off
Only first-time users who have never placed an order with ClusterTruck on their own account can use the code
Minimum Order Value $15 The customer’s subtotal must be at least $15 in order for the code to apply. They would need to enter your code during checkout.
Payout You will be paid for each new customer that uses your code on their first order. The Referral bonus payment amounts will depend on the market that the customer ordered from.

Reward Structure

We have created a reward structure tiered out based on the number of new customers you get to place their first order with your referral code. This will allow you the chance to earn things like more materials to support your marketing efforts, gift cards, gas cards, and much more to come!
