You can report an issue from your order confirmation page by clicking on REPORT A PROBLEM
and providing us with a little detail on where we missed the mark! We'll be happy to send a fresh item out, credit your account balance for future orders, or issue a refund.
You can also follow up with pictures via text or email! We always appreciate receiving pictures as a supplement to reviews and training.
