We actually need a little more time to prepare for our scheduled orders. If you schedule, it's usually best to do so a few hours ahead of time.
When scheduled ahead, an order should start cooking about 10-15 minutes before the selected window.
Otherwise, your order will be prepared according to the estimated wait time displayed at the time it was placed.
