On your homepage, you can see the most important data, including:

Orders - the number of orders in the kitchen. These are orders that are either in the "cloud", cooking, or waiting to be given to a courier.
Working - the number of couriers actively working. These couriers are in the courier loop, and may be delivering, returning to the kitchen, or waiting for their next delivery in the courier lane.
Available - the number of couriers that are available and waiting for a ping. These couriers are not yet in the courier loop, but are either waiting in the lot or away from the kitchen to receive a ping.

In each kitchen, you can see important information that relates to courier demand.
Let's get in that Courier Loop! Select to 'Go Available' for the kitchen you wish to work for. Once selecting to go available for a kitchen, you will wait to receive a 'jobs available' notification (aka a 'ping'). When the kitchen demand rises, the system will begin sending pings out to couriers marked as available! If you’re ready to work, press "Yes" to accept your ping, and immediately head to the kitchen. Once you get to the kitchen, press "Arrived" to notify the kitchen staff that you are there and pull into the active courier lane.
You will now see a page to enter a 4-digit ship code. This ship code is the large 4-digit number included at the top of the receipt stapled to each order. Once you enter the ship code into your app, that order is now assigned to you and you are ready to 'Navigate' to the customer's location! Once you arrive at the customer's address, press 'Arrived at Customer'.
Pressing 'Arrive at Customer' will notify the customer that you're at their location, and they are instructed to meet you at the curb. Call or Text the customer if you are having trouble locating them. After delivering your order, select 'Complete Delivery.' The next screen will show a snapshot of your completed delivery and allows you to decide whether you would like to 'Keep Working' or to be 'Done For Now'
<aside> 🚨 What if I can't find the customer?? You must try to connect with the customer for 7 minutes before being allowed to leave. Once the timer runs out, you may select "Couldn't Deliver" and head back to the kitchen with the order, give the order back to the kitchen staff, and get back in the courier lane for another delivery.
